On-Site Teaching and Therapy Programmes
The Little Nook offers high quality therapy and education on-site to cater for the variety of needs that our families have. We provide aim to provide regular, high quality support in a structured manner. Our homely and welcoming learning centre provides all essential teaching and learning materials. We have a dedicated learning room, separate playroom, sensory room and our own outdoor play space. Learning is always as fun and meaningful as possible. Positive reinforcement and holistic behavior management is used when necessary to keep children motivated and engaged.

It might be interesting to note that our education services are open to special needs students as well as their "neurotypical" family members and peers. Research indicates that truly inclusive environments, that welcome children of all abilities, have a long lasting, positive impact on all young children involved. With the right pedagogical approaches, children who are gifted and talented can be just as effectively educated alongside their peers who may have additional needs. And the same is true Vice Versa.

Small Group Weekly Programme
Our morning programme runs from 08:00 -12:30 Monday to Friday, and is open to a maximum of 4 students in a group. Early drop-off and late pick up is possible by prior arrangement.
This comprehensive education programme is lead by the Academy Director and is supported by our consultant therapists. This exclusive small group will be suitable for parents who have concerns around their child/children's underlying medical conditions and vulnerabilities due to Covid-19. Small Group After School Support
Our after school booster session runs on-site from 13:30 -15:30, Monday to Thursday. There are options for 1,2 or more sessions per week.
This programme is designed for parents who would like some additional support for their children in the afternoons. Your child/children will be engaged in structured, adult -lead learning opportunities, and time for free play and exploration in our play areas or in the sensory room.

Onsite 1:1 Tutoring/Therapy
Each tutor many have their own schedules and offer sessions Monday to Friday, and on some weekends. Sessions are highly focused and our learning centre can offer so much to your child/children within that hour. We have all the necessary resources available to bring learning to life, and to keep motivation and concentration levels high. Discounts for siblings by prior arrangement for 2:1 session.

1:1 Therapy may be conducted on-suite at The Little Nook or at each therapist's private practice.
In-Home Tutoring and Therapy Support
At The Little Nook we aim to bring as much of what we do on-site into our learning and therapy sessions that we conduct in your home. We have a resources and toy library which tutors and therapists utilize to ensure that sessions are multi-sensory, interactive and engaging.
The Little Nook offers tutoring from qualified teachers and from a bank of exceptional teaching assistants that have training and experience in special needs support . Our pricing varies, depending on the level of qualification and experience of the tutor. Discounts are given to long term commitments, and for schedules of 8 hours a month or more.
